2Lo’s fantastic day at Skelton Grange

Wednesday 20th June | 5 comments

Wow! What an amazing day we have had today at Skelton Grange!  The children had a brilliant time learning all about what mini-beasts are and exploring the different habitats where mini-beasts live.

We played games, went on mini-beast hunts and even managed to include some mini-beast art using natural materials.

Here are the children creating different mini-beasts using their bodies.  Can you guess what they are?

The children had fun pond dipping.

We went mini-beast hunting.

Look at our mini-beast art.

We had lots of fun and learnt lots of new facts about mini-beasts!

Thank you so much for allowing me to come on such an amazing trip. I had such good fun and learnt so much. I mean who knew there were toadpoles as well as tadpoles!!! The children were so well behaved and a credit to the school. Jack loved it too.
