Wildlife area and North School Council.

Saturday 3rd May | 1 comment

On Friday the children from the North School Council all met together and went to visit our Wildlife Area. A few weeks ago a team of staff and parents cleared the area, which had become over grown and now it is a stunning wildlife area. Each day a different class is going to be able to visit the area, with a member of staff and they will be able to quietly observe the wonders of this area. Reception and Nursery children will also visit the area with their class teachers. In September the New Curriculum, which we are busy planning, will ensure that all our children will become nature experts and this area will become a very important learning space for us. Mr Harris led an assembly on Tuesday to share the rules of the area with all the children, as it is very important that we keep all the children safe and also look after and respect the animals and plants in the area. Here are the children in the wildlife area and the rules. Click on any of the images to stop the spiral and open up the image.
