2L at Skelton Grange

We have had a fabulous day at Skelton Grange today where we learnt all about different plants, mini-beasts and their habitats. Highlights included pond dipping, mini beast hunting and searching for different parts of plants and sticking them onto ‘sticky boards’.  The children loved every minute of the trip.  Here are some of the things the children said about the trip:

“I loved everything!” Harry

“I liked the pond dipping.” Sophie

“I found a really good newt!” Owen

“I loved finding the newts!” Stevie

“I enjoyed the camouflage game.” Betsy

“I loved pond dipping” Lewis

“I loved mini beast hunting” Sam
